CATCHIVE의 보관함과 촬영 정보는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 캐치브월드 로그인과 게시 기능을 선택한 경우에만 아래에 설명한 계정 및 게시 정보를 서버에서 처리합니다.

1. 개인정보처리자 및 책임자

수다 스튜디오(Sooda Studio, 대표 이승원)가 개인정보처리자이며 개인정보 보호책임자는 이승원입니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회와 관련한 문의는 l8whale8l@gmail.com으로 접수합니다.

2. 수집 및 이용하는 정보

Apple 또는 Google 로그인을 선택하면 다음 정보를 인증과 계정 운영을 위해 처리합니다.

  • 인증 제공자가 전달한 계정 식별자, 이메일, 기본 프로필
  • 로그인 및 인증 세션

캐치브월드에 게시하거나 기능을 이용하면 다음 정보를 서비스 제공과 안전 운영을 위해 처리합니다.

  • 사용자가 선택한 사진, 캐치브 이름과 한 줄 소개
  • 게시, 신고, 하트, 보관함 들여오기 및 차단 기록

공개 카드에는 작성자의 이메일, 계정 식별자 또는 프로필을 표시하지 않습니다.

3. 기기에 저장되는 정보와 이미지 처리

사용자의 보관함 전체, 원본 촬영 시각 및 위치 정보 전체를 서버에 올리지 않습니다. 게시를 위해 선택한 이미지는 서버에서 다시 인코딩하여 EXIF와 GPS 메타데이터를 제거합니다. 다만 사진이나 사용자가 입력한 글에 직접 드러난 개인정보는 자동으로 모두 제거할 수 없으므로 게시 전에 확인해 주세요.

카메라는 사람·동물·사물을 촬영하고 기기에서 배경을 분리하기 위해 사용합니다. 위치 권한을 허용한 경우 캐치브를 처음 만난 장소를 기록하는 데 사용하며, 권한은 iPhone 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

4. 보관 기간

  • 게시하지 못한 업로드 파일: 약 1시간 후 정리 대상
  • 검토 대기 파일: 전송일부터 최대 14일
  • 승인된 게시물: 승인 시점부터 7일간 공개
  • 만료·철회·거절·운영자 삭제 이미지: 삭제 대기열에서 정리하며 일시적 실패 시 재시도
  • 계정, 비공개 게시 이력, 누적 하트와 안전 운영 기록: 계정 삭제 시까지

법령상 의무 또는 진행 중인 분쟁이 있는 경우 필요한 정보만 해당 목적과 기간에 한해 분리 보관할 수 있습니다.

5. 처리위탁 및 국외 처리

  • Supabase: 인증과 데이터베이스
  • Render: 싱가포르 지역 API 호스팅
  • Cloudflare R2 및 Workers: 이미지 보관과 전송

캐치브월드 이용 시 암호화된 네트워크를 통해 위 업체에 정보가 전송되며, 계약 종료·계정 삭제 또는 해당 보관기간이 끝날 때까지 처리됩니다. 분산 인프라의 특성상 싱가포르와 각 업체가 운영하는 다른 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 국외 처리를 원하지 않으면 캐치브월드를 이용하지 않거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 삭제 및 다른 사용자의 보관함

앱에서 재인증 후 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. Apple 계정은 Apple 연결 권한도 해제합니다. 계정 삭제 시 서버의 계정·게시 기록을 삭제하고 관련 이미지 삭제를 진행합니다.

공개 중 다른 사용자가 적법하게 들여온 기기 내 복사본은 일반적인 철회·기간 만료·계정 삭제로 자동 회수되지 않습니다. 운영자가 유해 콘텐츠로 삭제한 경우 앱이 다음 온라인 확인을 할 때 해당 들여오기 항목을 제거하도록 합니다. 오프라인 기기 또는 사용자가 앱 밖으로 저장한 복사본의 삭제는 보장할 수 없습니다.

7. 안전조치

전송 구간 암호화, 비공개 이미지 저장소, 짧은 수명의 사용자별 이미지 이용권, 서버 측 접근 통제, 이미지 재인코딩, 입력·요청 제한, 관리자 도구의 로컬 전용 접속, CSRF 방어 및 운영 기록을 적용합니다.

8. 이용자의 권리와 문의

앱의 계정 삭제 기능 또는 l8whale8l@gmail.com을 통해 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리하며 법령상 제한이 있는 경우 그 이유를 안내합니다.

개인정보 침해 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118) 또는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)를 이용할 수 있습니다.

9. 아동

캐치브월드는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자는 월드 계정을 만들거나 콘텐츠를 전송하지 마세요.

10. 방침 변경

이 방침은 2026년 9월 14일부터 시행합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 서비스 화면을 통해 시행 전에 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

CATCHIVE stores your collection and capture information on your device by default. We process the account and publication data described below only when you choose to sign in to and use Catchive World.

1. Controller and privacy officer

Sooda Studio (Representative: Seungwon Lee) is the controller. The privacy officer is Seungwon Lee. Send access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal, and privacy requests to l8whale8l@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

When you choose Apple or Google sign-in, Supabase Auth processes the provider account identifier, email, basic profile, and authentication session. World publications contain the image you selected, its name, and caption. We also process publication, heart, import, report, and blocking records. Public cards do not display the creator's email, account ID, or profile.

3. Data kept on your device and image processing

We do not upload your entire collection, original capture time, or location records. Uploaded images are decoded and re-encoded to remove EXIF and GPS metadata. Information visibly included in an image or caption may still identify a person, so review your submission before publishing. Camera access is used to capture subjects and process them on device. Optional location access records where a Catchive was first captured.

4. Retention

Unpublished uploads become eligible for cleanup after about one hour. Pending submissions are kept for up to 14 days; approval starts a seven-day public period. Expiry, withdrawal, rejection, or moderator removal queues image deletion, with retries after temporary failures. Account data, private publication history, lifetime-heart records, and safety records remain until account deletion unless law or an active dispute requires limited separate retention.

5. Processors and international processing

Supabase provides authentication and databases; Render hosts the API in Singapore; Cloudflare R2 and Workers store and deliver images. Encrypted transfers occur when you use World, and processing continues until contract termination, account deletion, or the applicable retention period. Distributed infrastructure may process data in Singapore and other countries where those providers operate. You may avoid this processing by not using World or by deleting your account.

6. Deletion and imported copies

You can delete your account in the app after signing in again. Apple authorization is also revoked for Apple accounts. Account deletion removes server account and publication records and schedules image deletion. Copies another user lawfully imported while a publication was available generally remain on that user's device after expiry, withdrawal, or account deletion. When a moderator removes harmful content, the app removes matching imports on a subsequent online check. Removal from offline devices or external copies cannot be guaranteed.

7. Security

We use encrypted transport, private image storage, short-lived per-user image grants, server-side access controls, image re-encoding, bounded input and request limits, and a loopback-only administrator tool with CSRF protection and audit records.

8. Your rights and contact

Use the in-app account deletion feature or contact l8whale8l@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal. We verify the requester and respond without undue delay, subject to applicable law.

9. Children

Catchive World is available only to people aged 14 or older. Children under 14 must not create a World account or submit content.

10. Effective date and changes

This policy is effective September 14, 2026. Material changes will be announced in the app or service before they take effect.
